Scan-to-Pay: Simply scan the QR code found throughout the garage to make an instant payment. To extend your parking, click the link in your confirmation email from your phone—no need to return to your car!
HangTag App: Download the app on Google Play or the Apple App Store to pay for parking. To extend your stay, simply open the app and select your existing reservation—enjoy convenient parking management right from your phone!
Parking Meter: Use meters near the garage’s entrances to pay with any major credit card. Register your phone number at the meter to receive a link, allowing easy extension of your parking session from your phone when needed.

Locations: P2 level near elevators E16 and E29

Cruise guests can pre-book their parking online for a guaranteed space.

- Arrival Instructions: Enter via Howe Street ramp, follow signage to cruise-level stalls on P1
- Extras: Luggage drop-off zones and wayfinding signage from vehicle to terminal

- In/Out Privileges: Not available for daily parkers
- Event Pricing: $18–$25 depending on convention schedule
- Entrances: Howe Street ramp to P1 and Waterfront Road for deliveries and VIP access
Pan Pacific Hotel

- Valet Parking: Available via Canada Place main entrance
