Citi Field Parking Information
Impark is the operator of the parking lots at Citi Field on behalf of the New York Mets. We are dedicated to providing the best possible fan experience. Included here is information to assist you in getting to the game as conveniently as possible.
Hours of Operation
All parking lots will open no less than three (3) hours prior to the scheduled beginning of games or events at Citi Field. The only exception to these hours is the Commuter Lot (see below).
Credit Cards
The New York Mets are one of the first teams in the area to offer credit card usage in lanes at Citi Field. In addition, Citi Field is a CASHLESS ballpark. We will be accepting the following forms of payments: AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, DEBIT CARDS, SAMSUNG PAY, GIVEX, MAESTRO, STAR, DINERS CLUB and CHINA UNION. There are no additional fees to use your credit card at Citi Field and all credit card information are encrypted at the time of transaction.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are readily available on a first-come, first-served basis, in order to fairly serve Citi Field fans. Spaces may not be reserved in advance. Vehicles identified in the accessible spaces without proper hang tag or licenses plates will be towed immediately at the owners cost.
Rain Out or Postponement
In the event of an MLB sanctioned rain-out or post-poned game, Mets fans will have to fill out an online form in order to obtain a rain-out voucher in the event the game is cancelled or postponed. The voucher can be used for any games in the Mets regular season. Some blackout dates are not valid for voucher redemption. Click here
Special Event Parking
In the event of any sanctioned special event guests will have to fill out an online form in order to obtain a rain-out voucher for the special event cancellation or postponement. Click here
Important Note
The lots at the Hall of Science are no longer operated by the NY Mets. No shuttle service will be provided from that location.
Commuter Lot
This lot is located on Roosevelt Avenue between 126th Street and Shea Road. It accommodates commuter parking as well as parking for games or events held at Citi Field.
Commuter Parking
This lot is open from 3:30AM until 5PM Monday through Friday and is primarily available for commuters. The cost on NON-EVENT days for commuters is $5.00.
Southfield Commuter Lot Guests
In the event of a Snow Storm, the Southfield Lot will be closed for snow removal. Commuters will park in lot F, directly across Roosevelt Avenue and exit through Gate 8. The $5.00 commuter rate will remain in effect.The Southfield lot will re-open once snow is removed. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Event Days
When the Mets are home or The US Open is underway the $5.00 rate is NOT in effect all day. The rate changes at noon for night games and 9AM for day games beginning at 1PM. Rates are subject to change depending on scheduled events. There are no monthly passes available.
