Overall, the assessment process includes a telephone screening by one of our recruiters with qualified candidates for the advertised position. Following that, the most qualified candidates are shortlisted and invited in for an interview with a recruiter, hiring Manager, or both. They will compare your skills and experience with the requirements of the position for which you have applied, as well as any other open position. Additionally, your information will be stored in our database for future consideration.
Our recruiters strive to acknowledge every successful candidate who possesses the requisite skill set and experience for the job. If you apply online for a position and are not contacted, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
• The recruiter may have hired someone else for the position already, or,
• You do not have the appropriate skill set and/or experience necessary for the position.
