Damon Harvey joined REEF PARKING as Vice President of Municipal Technology Solutions in 2019. In this role, Damon works collaboratively with REEF’s public and private sector partners, as well as our local operations teams, to implement new parking programs and initiatives, solve complex problems, work with key stakeholder groups, develop new relationships, engage in governmental and community affairs, and meet company service and sales objectives.
Over the past 20 years Damon has established himself as a distinguished public policy subject matter expert leading municipal outreach effort by developing and implementing coordinated strategies. He brings to the REEF Municipal Division impressive experience building on 6 successful years as part of ParkMobile’s leadership. Damon was recruited to ParkMobile after 14 years in Washington, DC where he work on Capitol Hill, as the lead staffer for a member of Congress on the United States House of Representatives Transportation and Infrastructure Committee; in the private sector as the General Manger and Vice President managing development initiatives and parking operations at RFK Stadium; and for nearly a decade at the District Department of Transportation (DDOT).
Damon brings to REEF seasoned mobility solutions and transportation strategic planning subject matter expertise with nearly two decades of professional success in leading and negotiating strategic public partnerships, public/private outreach efforts and managing large-scale public sector economic development projects from New York to California.
